Privacy statement (GDPR). In accordance with Article 18 of the 2019 AEL Agreement, AEL partner universities undertake to ensure that all student records and personal data relating to students enrolled on the programme are processed in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and in particular, but without limitation, are held securely and confidentially. The partner universities guarantee that no such data will be used or disclosed for any purpose other than so far as is necessary in connection with the administration of the programme. Students or former students who wish to know which of their personal data are stored by the administrators of the AEL programme, or who wish some or all of these data to be corrected or removed, may contact the AEL coordinator of their home university. A more elaborate Data Processing Agreement was signed in 2023.
